Ever got tired arms in an 800m? Thats why. Gotta have strenght exercises with weights that last more than 8 reps.

I have chronic shoulder issues - torn rotator cuff, joint impingement and tendon calcification. Anyone who's had one of those three complaints might appreciate what it's like to have all three. Putting a coat on can be very painful.

I can run just fine, but I imagine I could bench about 10lbs right now then would need to ice my shoulder.

From all accounts this wasn't injured, just a pu$$y

Faulty logic. You don't lack muscular endurance. You lack muscular strength. Do weighted pull-ups and dips. Increase weight each set until you reach failure around 5 reps.

And then i'll get tired in my armes after 5-600meters as im not used to working them out as long as 800m.

What works and I've witnessed this with my self and several other athletes that struggled with tired arms at the end:

A light weight in each arm, do 2x100reps as fast as possible, standing still with running movements with the arms.

1st working set 10lbs x 8-12

2nd set 12.5lbs x 4-6

3rd set 25 x 2 max effort

Rest 5 min

Inject fast acting insulin Humalin R to stimulate carbohydrates into my muscles

4th set 1 x 30

Rest 5 min

Eat

Apply androgel vigorously to my genetilia

Eat

Inject microdose of HGH and Test

Sleep

Repeat

He's probably going half- max. I honestly do literally the same weight, but yet I can do about 100 pushups without stopping. I used to beat guys who could bench 300 lbs in the push up test in gym easily so I don't think they have much to do with each other. Not to mention if he's a runner, he's probably not trying to put on mass and strength. Rather muscular endurance, to make him faster and gain endurance to be better at his specific sport.
