Centro didn't make the statement, Willis did. Centro just pointed out the hypocrisy of Willis' statement.

hmmm, the way he defends NOP is highly suspicious. I'm willing to bet Centro is also very deep in Salazar's doping rotation. I always liked the guy, but his behavior definitely does not make him look good. He's like a loud chihuahua defending his drug master.
