Reminiscing: Did I deserve to be kicked off my high school track team during my senior year of HS 7 years ago?

I ran 14:38 in college. And its not that good. Didn't qualify me for the conference championship that year.

Not gonna say which University it was. Top 5 academic University in the nation and Pac-10. That should narrow it down to two Universities.

Well, first of all, I've never heard an intelligent person talk about his IQ. Ever. Because most intelligent people can figure that IQ means very little when it comes to real world application. Next, it's absurd to justify a claim of a 152 IQ by citing your college - no matter how good the school. That's even crazier than using the ACT/SAT as an IQ test. I bet even the Harvards and Yales have at least a few guys (not even including athletes) in the 95-105 IQ range. Almost anyone can make straight As and get a great ACT/SAT with enough work.

Stanford is the only Pac 10/12 university in the top 5 of the US News and World rankings, which I'd imagine is what we're talking about, and not some arbitrary notion of "top 5" in which 30 schools actually qualify. So you either went to Stanford, or overestimate your alma mater's ranking. (Which would make sense for a Cal grad.)

I was kicked off my high school track team decades ago for mouthing off too many times. It cost me my varsity letter.

I was fired from my very first job out of college for going around the system to get things done more efficiently.

I don't regret any if it. Life is about making mistakes, learning from them and moving on.
