You seem to have some strong opinions about how things ended up the way they are, and feel that all the "newcomers" have equal claim, but you curiously neglect your opinion on what your people from Spain did to the indigeneous cultures who where in South and Central America during their great land/gold grab. Everyone is all about "the great evil US" being held responsible, but Spain absolutely crushed hundreds of civiliations during that historical period. Why haven't they been taken to task? Instead they are looked at as a poor victim when the US "stole" their land from them(TX, NM, AZ, CA). You could argue that what Spain did historically was even more egregious that what the US has done in it's time in the sun.

As a matter of fact, the legacy of Spain lives on today through the treatment of the people who are streaming across the borders today. The "100 families" do nothing to aid in the nation building of Mexico, and instead continue the plunder to this day. Mexico and indeed all the Central American countries could be so much more. Say what you want about the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts, Carnegies, Morgan's etc. but at least they helped built something and cared about being a part of something great. The members of the 100 Families only care about excluding those not of the propper bloodlines, getting "theirs," and maintaining the status quo, which keeps them and their children at the top of the Mexican heap.

If we are going to call out those above the border, let's not forget to call out those below the border as well.

the question is how to preserve the US so it can support this mass immigration. Massive waves of immigration from people other cultures is massively disruptive and of too large can kill the golden goose of America.

The only thing that makes any sense is to manage immigration so the core of America is preserved and it can keep bringing newcomers up to prosperity.

The ruling says that someone found guilty of document fraud cannot have 2 years added to the sentence for ID theft, if they unknowingly used someone else's SS#.

I live in New Mexico. There is no crisis that I know of or can sense in the local papers. People have been crossing the southern border illegally for the last 50yrs. It will be no different 50yrs from now. If you look back 250yrs it has been a constant over every decade of our nation, across every border and body of water. Border Patrol has been well-funded and beefed up over the last several years and they're preventing a much greater volume of crossings. What's happening now is that a larger percentage of those being caught are under the age of 12. You can't just i.d. and process children then bus them to the nearest port of entry and send them on their way. So authorities are in search of adequate housing, in NM I think they're locating these kids right now in Roswell or Aztec, probably Las Cruces. I can't speak for the folks down there but I'd imagine most see it as a welcome influx of federal money and short-term employment.

The 'invasion' idea is either a product of television and talking-heads or maybe an Arizona or inland-CA thing. They approach border issues a bit differently in those parts than greater CA, TX, and NM.

What's the case citation? I want to read the pleadings or opinion myself.If you can't cite, don't incite.
