Does he have a history of PED use? Has he ever failed a test? Before you judge why don't you let USADA do its job and see what happens. I'm sure he flew on into the radar screen the second he won NCAAs.

Maybe he never had a good hurdling coach and they were able to fix two things and now everything clicks.

Great thing about hurdling is if you can fix one thing and cut off .05 your talking half a second. Fix two things and your at a second.

Maybe the Oregon program will start to become a hotbed for hurdlers.

LOL, that you people aren't realizing what is going on. Such a substantial improvement in a race where everyone else has been doing it for decades.
100% PEDs. I bet the stack is HGH, some EPO, an a short-acting testosterone. When he goes to Oly trials or Olympics, his performance will drop off dramatically once the testing is more rigorous and he isn't in his phome country, having + results hidden.

Allen ran 20.76 200 into the wind AFTER running 13.58 HH, 10.49 100, and 36.9 IH on a 100 degree day AS A JUNIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL. There is nothing surprising about his 13.16 two years later except that it draws out ignorant trolls to defame a once in a generation athlete.
