First off you are right after a phot search he grew a ton of hair between indoor and outdoor seasons in 2007.
Secondly I was refering that he sucks compared to his potential. I would love to be able to run his times he is running right now but then again I am in my 40's.
I'm not sure where Ramzi is at now, but it sounded like he wanted to go for it this year in London a while back:
