Middle Easterners like Mo Farah have a wonderful work ethic and have immensely improved the local savage inhabitants in European nations, especially in countries like England.

Yes to the first question (up until he moved to the USA) and yes to the second (until the last couple of years).

He's been running high mileage for several years actually.
