Yeah, no doubt about it, Jesuit has dominanted the last decade plus. They are without a doubt Oregon's top program, XC + Track/Field combined. Summit and Crater have had strong programs as well, but boys and girls, T&F and XC combined, Jesuit does come out on top.
I agree with Mead for Washington's top program as well... that's no brainer on the boys side. Girls is a bit more of a question mark, as the west side has usually dominated both XC and track on the girls side... especially Gig Harbor, Bellarmine Prep, and Snohomish (now Glacier Peak in 3A since that school split). Overall, it's hard to say one program on both boys and girls side, in both XC and track, really has a clear advantage but Mead or Gig Harbor would probably be the two best choices.
