on second thought, it is clear that Verzbicas is creeped out by Webb.

Nothing wrong with Alan's size, he looks quite fit. It is just that the OP and a lot of you are simply over weight. There are so many of you out there and it does false up the "avg healthy weight". Really it doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

webb looks a lot leaner than in the past and I'm thinking that he is going to do big things this year from the health and the contrasting training style. You get a one time bump from coaching changes when you go from speed base to strength (distance) base, as in this case and in Steve Sherer a few years back, or vice versa, as in Ritz's 2009.

Has Scherer ever actually done that? Seems like the opposite?
