But, welcome to 2010, everyone is under suspicion, regardless of how nice they are and how well you know them.

When you have a breakthrough it raises eye brows, this is an unexpected breakthrough, just like Solinsky, eyebrows are raised all over, they may both be clean, but how many people who have run that fast are clean? especially the non-africans who run that fast?

Seems unfair. If you didn't know Molly, you would cast her with everyone else then? Your statement of fact seems short on logic. You know Molly, so you know she plays by the rules. You don't know the other top track athletes in the world, so somehow you know that they're all cheaters? Put yourself in the shoes of a close friend of one of the other top Americans.

Do they test at the Brussels? Should answer alot of questions if they do. If they don't I'll bet she gets a call soon saying go in for a test. I think she is clean and I hope they do test her to prove it.

I think there are a lot of paranoid dope fear mongers on this website.

They certainly do. You won't see an IAAF permit meeting without testing.

7. The IAAF shall have responsibility for initiating and directing In- Competition Testing at the following International Competitions:-

(a) World Championships;

(b) World Athletics Series Competitions;

(c) International Invitation Meetings in accordance with Rule 1.1;

(d) IAAF Permit Meetings;

(e) IAAF Road Races (including IAAF Marathons); and (f) at such other International Competitions as the Council may determine on the recommendation of the Medical and Anti- Doping Commission. The full list of International Competitions under this Rule shall be published annually on the IAAF website.

Why would she avoid the BIX because of testing to run in meets where there is testing? hmmm..

Molly ran Bix and won it last year when she was focusing on endurance and longer races. To me, it looks liker she successfully used last year as a base to work on speed and shorter distances this year, and I can easily see how Bix (or anything 10k or longer) wouldn't fit into that agenda.

In the past, she wasnt' able to string together a couple of good years back-to-back due to injuries and changing coaches, and that has to be a huge factor in her success this year. She's in a great training group in Providence, and I'm glad it's working for her.

it won't quiet anyone. remember, even if you are tested and proven clean it doesn't matter. since marion jones got caught after many 'clean' tests no one is clean. everyone is injected with roids from age 14 on of course. the diabolical plan of footlocker is to gather the best talent in the US together in one community and get them hooked on PED's from a young age. of course

there is absolutely no way molly is on drugs. anyone that knows her would testify to that fact.

You know I would have a very hard time believing Molly Huddle not clean as a whistle either, but it's long from that to "There is absolutely no way molly is on drugs". Foolish posts like this do nothing but make you sound like the clueless wonder who is "shocked" afterwards to find that their faith was so misplaced.

It doesn't matter if "anyone that knows her" would say she's clean. The Barry Bonds-type drug cheats of the world are few and far between. Most of them are "the nicest guy you know" who "would never, ever do anything like that", but did anyway.

I think she's clean too. I honestly do. I have no reason to believe otherwise anyway.

I am merely saying that the pronouncement that "everybody who knows her knows she "can't be dirty" is both meaningless and foolish. Those who break the rules do not always sneer like villains or twirl their mustaches.

Your mistake lies in your poor grasp of logic. Merely because I recognize that most of the drug cheats are nice people it does not mean that most nice people are drug cheats. Nor does it mean I am saying so.
