The funny thing is that most people categorize cereals into junk cereals and healthy cereals. When you do this comparison, where do you put Raisin Bran? That's right...most people would put Raisin Bran in the healthy cereal category. Most people are surprised to find that it packs a whopping 20g/sugar per serving or something like that. Most "sugar" cereals like Captain Crunch/Lucky Charms/Cinnamon Toast Crunch have about 10 to 12 grams of sugar for comparison...

Another vote for Honey Bunches of Oats. But it gives me serious gas. I'd eat it everyday if it didn't give me gastric distress.
as a kid: 1) shredded wheat (big whole sheathes of wheat, wouldn't fit on a spoon), 2) rice krispies, 3) cornflakes, 4) wheat chex, 5)corn chex, 6) rice chex, 7) total.
as an adult, the best cereal I have ever had is the grits with a pat of butter at Alcenia's in Memphis, and 2nd best was some sort of thick corn grains with milk and fresh fruit in Bamako, Mali.
