Blood Doping(BAD)& why it should be illegal as seen by most people(GOOD), not me(BAD): It was a new proceedure(BAD) not in the light/hidden(BAD) from most of the others(GOOD). Had to use a needle(BAD) to administer the red blood cells. All the laps were completed in race(s) called into question, correct. How bad(BAD) do you want to win?

Take home message, don't try/do anything different(BAD) that might have a causal effect on you winning(BAD). Better yet let's hide our heads in the sand(GOOD).

Adjust your training. Adjust your eating and drinking. Adjust your sleeping. If desired, and the budget allows, test the crap out of yourself. Suffer like hell in a race (my weakness). All of these are OK.

Stick a needle in your arm to improve performance unnaturally. Not OK.

It serves no purpose to name names 20+ years after the fact. Especially since i have know knowledge of what the athlete did other than what they said. But, obviously an old track nut like yourself can ferret out people by their accomplishments during those years.

As many people (that never coached a top runner) are sure about what they don't know, I invite all the WADA agency to stay with my group FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS when we go for training in Sankt Moritz (off course at their charge) LIVING ALL THE TIME WITH MY ATHLETS AND OTHER OF MY GROUPS (Shaheen, Kemboi, Bungei, Mutua, Yiampoy, Kwalia, John Korir, Paul Kosgei, Bett, Mosop, Robert Rono, Nyamu, Kipchumba, all the Youth world champions, many marathon runners, and also some no kenyan like Lebid, Matviychuk, Gamba, Berradi, some Ugandian like Inzikuru, and many other) TESTING THEM EVERYTIME THEY WANT. Or you think that is possible to take a lot of drug BEFORE the period, then to improve continuously without taking drug for 3 months ?

As I'm sure about my athletes, because the mentality of the group is my mentality, and in my mentality doping doesn't exist, but only GOOD TRAINING ; the only thing that can tests the uselessness of doping FOR THOSE DISTANCES when you have a very good training is to look at the results and their continuous improvement during the season.

Do you think that really can exist something helping Kemboi in running 26:15 with the same training, or Shaheen in 7:50, or Bungei in 1:41 or Kwalia in 12:40 ?

BECAUSE THEY ARE AT THE TOP OF THE WORLD ONLY FOR THEIR TALENT AND THEIR TRAINING.

But, repeat, is not my problem, is your problem.

I go on in coaching athletes, in giving them a CLEAN MENTALITY working on their mental strenght, in living a normal life without becoming crazy thinking to the other athlete's doping (if there is). And, probably, in improving their performances, beeing them noit only very talented athletes, but also very intelligent and good guys.

You can go on in thinking that anyone is dirty, if this is OK for hiding your inability.

Good luck to every one that knows so many things about other people. World is full of wizards able to read in a crystal sphere.

If indeed the Kenyans are genetically superior, and this very well may be, it is because they have HIGHER INTELLIGENCE for how to live.

Not physically, but MENTALLY.

This mental higher standard results in BETTER LIVING.

Better living results in better performances.

Also higher intelligence comes from calm and focus.

A reactive, desperate state of mind is one that doesn't have a clue of itself, much less of anyone else.

You say this because you know WADA can't do that. Your statement rings as hollow as Barry Bonds' and Sammy Sosa remarks, saying they welcomed steriod testing, then exploding and trying to physically attack an SI writer when he said he could have them tested on the spot.

Sorry, I don't know who Barry Bond is. I know that WADA doctors cannot stay at their charge three months long in S. Moritz, but of sure can go many times to test my athletes, every time they want. Only thru random tests is possible to discover real cheaters.

One question : if you are always ready for beeing tested, you are sure that are clean, you give to all doctors every opportunity of control, and some stupid people continue to slander you saying that you are drugged, what do you have to do ? So, when you have reason, and there are around a lot of frustrated morons not able to distinguish reality and assumptions based on flimsy foundations, the only thing that you can do is not to give any prominence to this.

And, regarding Stephen Cherono, may be that you are very surprised to know that he normally lives with his older brother Abraham, and that never spoke with Abraham himself before the final of WC for respect of his real Country (Kenya), in order to be mentally tranquil before the race.

Yeah, too bad that E. Africans can avoid it. And you know it. Most positive results would be buried anyway, if they're from E. Africans. Or, if it gets too far, the athlete will be let off a la Lagat. If the athlete is a European or Arab male, he's in trouble. Only white guys or Arab guys can be bad guys. If he's E. African, he's let go because of the myths, because of the Frankenstein situation that's been created. Because of political correctness.
