The best way to get motivated is simply to try to enjoy your runs instead of looking at them as a chore. Go somewhere new to run, like on a rolling dirt road or somewhere with nice scenery, or you can just run for a certain amount of time one day a week and just run wherever you want, not worrying about the miles. Maybe even do some barefoot running on a soft grass surface. Those things usually work for me. Have fun with it, man.
