Not exactly in the same vein, but UVA has a 600m turf loop around their track.
Offutt Air Force Base has an indoor 640m track. The turns aren't much tighter than the typical 200m indoor track, but the straights are forever. When I ran there, the building was unheated, but there was no wind, so it was comfortable running even in the Omaha winters.
Within 3 miles of the city of Berkeley there's much more than 5 tracks :)
After seeing this thread (9 years ago) we went and ran a lap or two on the triangle track. I think we had to jump over the fence to get onto it. Good times.
Boston University's weird turns - nothing crazy, though with an indoor track that nice they never have to train outdoors!
