that said, my so's mom was in denver at the boulder trying on shoes and she said that she fell down while running on the treadmill. i haven't had time to lol real hard since she told me...this thread allowed me to do that...awesome.

Well...it's true... Doesn't it make it quite as easy as it sounds, but you don't have to propel yourself forward, simply your legs. That's why they suggest a slight incline to compensate.
