2:30 1K - everyone following the rabbits
poor pacing
Kenny B blows it open. Way out front
splits please
7:29 Bekele win easy
7:29.XX - pretty even pace most of the way. KB didn't blast the last 400 the way we've seen in the past, but he was 30 yards clear at the bell. Cragg edged for second.

Teg - 7:37.31
Teg was off the picture, probably under 7:40 I would guess at least. Craig was a close 3rd place in sub 7:35 or so I would guess.

Classic line by Stuart Story about Alistar Cragg; "WHy on earth is he wearing cut off tights? He looks like a cyclist who fell off his bike."
This race illustrates what I dislike about Teg. The pace goes out pretty reasonable in 2:30 which is right on pace for his PB. But were is Teg? He, as per his usual habbit, is at the very back of the pack going through the 1000 in 2:33-2:34. Now in order for him to run a low 7:30's he has to speed up and pass alot of people - not going to happen.
He absolutely gives himself no chance to be competitive in these races.
His racing style can be called "anti-Pre", exactly opposite of how Pre ran. Now we can debate all day as to which way is smarter but at least Pre was in all his races and was exciting to watch.
I love track but I almost fall asleep watching Teg.
KB threw down a 58XX after 2k, then closed in about 1;31 last 600m. hard to tell how much he had in the tank, but he did not need to sprint the last 200m after pulling away with a strong move at 2100 to 2400.

I can only surmise from that statement that your PR for 3k is 7:30 or faster?
