So I'm not some average plodder if that's what you are thinking. My injury had nothing to do with my shape anyway. It was a result of a combination of factors that can cause anyone to get injured: overtraining, poor nutrition, low body weight, running on nothing but concrete, wearing worn out shoes for too long, etc.
Ive done all of those things to the max and didn't get injured, maybe take a step back and look at the real reason
