Momont? So another young female head coach bites the dust? I think she is younger than 30 and already had a head coach position. Guess she saw it wasn't worth it?

It’s like someone said earlier in the thread. It’s not sustainable to keep pushing to put women in these positions unless they truly want it. Not just hiring to meet a quota. It’s gonna explode and those who got the short end may not be around to fill the void either way theirs always going to me more men who will want these jobs and put the work and sacrifice in that’s the bottom line.

Yeah this is true. Might as well do what you love and keep building generational wealth until you die to help your future family. Hopefully he’s putting that salary into some EFTs and dividend growth stocks, maybe some real-estate as well. Usually people his age don’t live long once they stop working so I’d say do it til you die and then open the door for the younger guys to get a chance
