exactly....you can say Trump and tariffs initiated this decline but the reality is the stock market gains of the last 2 years kind of got things ahead of themselves....and no doubt (at least in my mind) in 5 years things will be higher. But expecting 20+% gains to continue uninterrupted is unrealistic.

The stock market right now is exactly where it was in June 2024. Markets historically have gone down a lot faster than they go up because of panic selling. Like I said, if you don’t have the stomach for it, invest in a bond fund.

Move to the Euro as the world currency (instead of the US)

…and simply be done with it.

Because the US is about 30% of global GDP. To put it in perspective, England is about 2%. Europe is a dead continent living on its past. Out of the top 20 tech companies in the world only two are European.
