Looks like we have a battle of 27 year olds for the Big 12

BYU FTW
BYU wins going away!
HOLY BYU
Cougar Express gets it done, again.
BYU men upsets Oklahoma State!
everyone came into the year thinking OSU and NAU would run away with the mens and womens titles respectively and now BYU might be the favorites for both
Big 12 takeaways
* Brian Musau looks strong
* BYU has strength in numbers
* Bad day for a lot of pokes: Fouad Massoudi blew up a bit (3:17 last km); Laban Kipkemboi blew up a lot (3:26 last km)
I know the Big 12 is staked now but it still feels weird seeing Colorado finish 5th at a conference meet.
The soaks beat the pokes

The announcers not knowing it's Casey Clinger in second is a little cringe
What is "cringe" is he is close to 27 and still competing in college.
BYU with six in before OSU’s fourth guy.

Gonna be even weirder when Colorado starts bringing in their own Kenyans to compete in the new smaller roster size era

Messaudi looked bad the entire race (compared to his previous standards) Never in contention when he should be right up with their top guys.
Kipkemboi is the surprise though with how bad he blew up from 2k out. Might be working through the same issues Denis had last year with either blowing up or dominating. Surprised he would be like that with how much experience he has.
Those times though! Top 20 all sub 23:00 (yes, quite possibly short).
Big winners so far:
P. Kosgei, C. McCabe, C. Thomas, G. Hartman, D. Lemngole -- buried the competition.
WVU W -- closing the gap.
OR W -- not dead yet.
BYU M -- clutch, full stop.
Victor Shiitsama of OSU is older than Casey, and Solomon Kipchoge is 28. Whine about those people first
World athletics states Brian Musau is 17 years old. No f-ing way
New Mexico is a wholeheartedly shameless program.
