Ok, a few comments, but you didn't provide enough info. 180x6 is worth about 215. That's up around 100 lbs since you started, good progress. You didn't say whether you are plateaued.
There are several things that could help your progress on BP. Your body weight on your frame will dictate your leverages. You don't want to constantly gain weight, but just be aware that it's harder to keep getting stronger at the same weight.
Your form: make sure you have a grip width that suits your levers. Feet planted, tension through from the legs. Correct bar path. This is hard to know without seeing you.
Work your back muscles in heavy rows and pull downs / chins. The upper back controls and contributes to the bench.
Triceps: emphasize triceps, but not too much volume and be aware of any elbow tendon issues.
Your training: don't do the same workout all the time. Plan some 8-10 week progressions. Through those weeks move from sets of 8-10, down to 6s, 5s, 3s, then establish a new 1RM.
