Maybe most of us view these long runs as some evil necessity and a focused assignment that is getting you fitter. Hundreds of runners across Kenyan and Ethiopian training camps have a different mentality. They are focused on getting fit to run what it takes to win majors, and no focused on dropping their 2:15 PB to 2:13.
