Did you want to do a full apology and take back your fake guilt placement? Or did you want to place more fake leverage? Confused. I don't think i've seen you post since this post.
Wonder why that is? Sucks that i'm this strong at this age naturally huh? You know because jumping higher than 94.89 percent of letsrun posters at 43 years old is a normal thing.
Sure. We'll all believe your fake guilt placement. Don't worry. You're good.
Did 29.75 inches this past week. About an inch off my PR.
Also got 360 LBS for 3 reps with a bounce on one arm smith machine bench equivalent bench press at 5'11 and 219 LBS.
My PR is 375 LBS for 3 reps at similiar body weights from 2022.
Did .78 in the 10yd dash. Hand timed.
And ran 3.69 in the 35yd dash at 5'11 and 217. My PR is 3.65 and 3.66 from 2021. Hand timed. So really close to a PR in the 35yd dash. There are some years I don't break 3.85.
Also deadlifted my standard 505 for 5 reps.
Also ran close to PRs again in the 20yd dash. Ran 2.00 hand timed. Need 1.79 to 1.89 range though hand timed. I need to somehow break my PR of 375 for 3 on bench this year and do at least 390 for 3.........//

Wait … is there another video where you ARE 6.5” above the rim?
If I can find a way to get over 31.00 inches then i'll only be 4 inches off of where I want to be in this. I really need 35 after more calculations. Even if I can just get 31.25 then that takes it to 3.75 inches off.... So I might have been at 38 inches in this at 27 years old If I would have done things the right way.
And not listened to people that told someone that's 5'11 and 225 LBS of pretty much a decent amount of muscle the majority of their life that they should do distance running because they are built like a distance runner.
Pretty sure the last time I checked I wasn't built to do marathons or 5Ks. Or even the 800. Or 200.
There are people on here that know me and know who scammed me into doing distance running and thought it would be a joke.

Sucks when someone twice your age shows up and is twice as strong than you are. Huh? That always sucks.
What sucks is that music. Pantera? Really? I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a 43 year old man listening to that sh!t. I’m 13 years younger than you and don’t even know of guys my age listening to it.
Actually, I would expect 40–50-year-olds to be the ones listening to Pantera because Pantera was most popular back in the 1980s.
Also, fun fact: Matt London did NOT edit that music into the video. Walmart typically has Pantera on their playlist that they blast over their storewide intercom.
Try 1993-1998. But ok cool. You know what you're talking about.

post of the year
Wrong answer. Fake guilt placement. Fake leverage against 40-50 year olds.
Here's how he should have said that.
"" Actually, I would expect 21-31 year-olds to be the ones listening to Pantera because Pantera was most popular back in the 2010s. Also, fun fact: Matt London did NOT edit that music into the video. Walmart typically has Pantera on their playlist that they blast over their storewide intercom.""
I can do the same fake guilt placement and fake leverage against 21-31 year olds. See that? You're guilty if you're within that age range for whatever reason.

Matt, your pathology is fascinating. Did you work on this reply for 2 whole weeks? How did you decide what to say -- did it just come to you?

It is weird because Pantera was definitely popular in the late 80s early 90’s so it was people a little older than me (I’m 46) who made up most of their fan base. So that was really just a factual statement.
For some reason Matt has been fuming on that for two weeks and just posted a nonsensically response. He seems to have completely missed the point that if anything people were making fun of him for measuring a goofy vertical jump using hoops at his local Walmart. Listening to Pantera is pretty normal for people his age. Recording cringy YouTube videos attempting to measure your vertical at Walmart is the abnormal part.
Honestly, with $10 and about 2 hours of work I could make one of those vertical jump measuring things. Get a long bolt, a bunch of washers, some paint sticks and maybe a 2x4x12.
