I specifically cut out vegetable oils from my diet and consume mostly saturated and monounsaturated fat now and all of my health metrics increased.
you're citing some blogger for all your data while i'm over here wasting my time with actual scientific literature. your anecdote means nothing in the bigger conversation. I can share my own - I eat seed oils and tons of carbs and veggies and my LDL is 92, my A1C is 5.2, my body fat hovers between 10-12% and all my health metrics have always been awesome. how can you explain this in the setting that i eat poisonous seed oils every day? let's see how you like that anecdote. and btw, look at the poster boy for this cult - paul saladino, his cholesterol is through the roof on his silly carnivore diet. when he has a massive MI i think that will be the end of this stupid seed oil craze.
