You need one of these to make whole juice. The pulp is ground into particles. Consuming the juice AND the pulp is by far nutritionally superior to juice alone. I have a 15-year-old Blendtec still going strong.
When juicing in your Blendtec blender, whole fruits and vegetables are pulverized so that you get a smooth juice without having to throw away the pulp, which is full of fiber, protein, and nutrition.
What's your problem? Did you get passed during your last trail run by some hippie dude high on brownies?
LOL seriously, my brother and his friend went 1-2 for U16 or U18 in a race on the Toronto waterfront...after having butted out their cigarettes at the start line!😂😂
Well first of all this is dumb, but here’s my completely unscientific take. Running, along with other endurance sports, is generally a middle or higher class pastime in the USA, where most of LetsRun is posting from. Middle and higher class people tend to be more intelligent than the average peon. More intelligent people are more likely to use recreational drugs. Therefore, runners like drugs
I do the same. Adderall to help me focus, but sometimes it makes me a little too jittery. So a hit of weed sort of takes the edge off. Also, say I finish all my work, but I'm still "buzzing" from adderall. Weed can help me undo some of the effects.
why not just drink a cup of coffee?
No one form my era took adderall recreationally. The stuff we used was to zone out, not zone in. I don't really get drugs at all though.
Adderall has a very specific purpose and acts differently from caffeine. Also you never know how much caffeine you are getting in a cup of coffee anyway. For some people adderall helps them focus which is a good thing. Alas with many medications with a legit use, it can be misused.

I drink a lot of black tea, sometimes I just need something stronger. Also, I don't know what you mean by "my era", but you might want to look up the history of dexedrine and benzedrine. Unless you're older than 100, some of your peers were undoubtedly on the stuff. Maybe for weight loss, maybe for a long haul car ride, maybe for focus at work, or maybe they were just addicted.
If someone were older than 100 you might be amazed at the things people were taking 100 years ago like strychnine!
What percentage of rec users of any drug become chronic users? Would need to define those terms in some way. Please not your conjecture but actual data from a source.

What constitutes "often"?
First off, people that never use drugs never become addicts, and pretty much every addict starts out as a recreational drug user. People that use any drugs (especially when young) are more likely to move onto other drugs later on (90% of addicts started using drugs before they were 18, this is due to how the pre-frontal cortex develops). As far as what percentage of recreational drug users become addicted, it depends on the drug. For drugs like marijuana and opiates, it is on the order of 10%. For things like cigarettes and vaping, it is higher than 20%.
The move from occasional substance use to full-blown addiction and physical dependence is likely much shorter than people expect, especially when using certain gateway drugs.
What's your problem? Did you get passed during your last trail run by some hippie dude high on brownies?
Two problems:
1. The increase in threads and thread participants advocating drug use and abolishing of testing for drugs.
2. The sad realization that those who use some PED would actually consider that time under the PED a legit PR even if previous times without the PED weren't quite close.

Another time I was doing acid, we were playing golf. It's fun, but frustrating. Go try to find a ball in the trees on acid without getting distracted.
I remember teeing off at this one hole and hit what was probably a decent drive. On acid, it look like I shot the ball out of a howitzer. There was a B-52 landing at a Davis-Monthan AFB about 5 miles away, and I swear I saw that ball go right through the cockpit window. I freaked out and started telling everyone I just took down a B-52. It took a few minutes for me to realize there was no mushroom smoke plume, so the pilots had been able to safely land despite a busted window and a golf ball zinging around the cockpit.
