25 miles on a bike is nothing, I bike alot and i run alot. I sort of think that biking takes three to four times more volume to get the same effect. So if you run 100mpw and switch to biking and want similar fitness, then you you need to pedal about 300 to 400 mpw
I find it amusing that Dean would have a problem with cyclists being wealthy snobs, considering the town he hails from?
