I'm tempted to try a wild boar burrito. If they are performance enhancing I think it will help with my pr's. My only concern is that it might have to be king-size to have any effect. It could all be a bit hard to swallow. Like her story.

Who was that athlete years ago that got busted for steroids? His defense was that he ate pork that was contaminated with steroids. This athlete happened to have a pig as a pet. He injected the pig with steroids and he said that he would test positive after he cooked and ate his pig. He ate his pet pig but did not test positive afterward. I felt so sorry for the pig.

No. He had the tainted beef claim.

Rojo,
I literally started a thread on this exact article TWO DAYS AGO and the mods TOOK IT DOWN. WTH???
A) it's about control, and brojos want the scoop
B) mods are busy creating and abetting the veiled or overt racist threads, so they don't want to mess with this

The mods politely request that you not post about dopers unless you think they deserve a break. And please don't post about Alan Webb or his wife and their attempts to bring attention to the oppression of conservative Christian white people in America.
I suppose her lawyer has advised her so, but it’s been absolute radio silence from S.H. since her one statement after the news broke. I’m surprised that she hasn’t given any interviews, however closely guarded and worded by her attorney.

Did Nike/BTC coach all the athletes well with what to say? Or are they all truly convinced she's clean even if the story doesn't add up?

Rojo and Gault, WTF is wrong with you guys? On the podcast you were defending BANNED athletes coming up with ridiculous, illogical excuses to justify clear violation of anti-doping policies. Defending an athlete who WAS already banned once and is now banned AGAIN for YET ANOTHER set of whereabouts violations?
Now consider this gem from Gault (paraphrasing), "USATF must take responsibility for athletes failing anti-doping rules...." Are you kidding me? Since when did USATF/USADA become babysitters? Seriously, GTFO. Yeah GTFO...
You don't understand the case. Brianna was not banned for whereabouts violations. This was her first missed test of this time period. She was punished for tampering documents, which sounds bad but is completely trivial once you actually take the time to understand the case.
This burrito article told me nothing new except the pork stomach burrito is edible and from the truck cited here, quite good. Shelby would def have noticed it wasn't just greasy, it was a whole different thing than carne asada. They don't mention it's greasy but it obviously looked like ringlets of some other kind of meat with maybe pork rind on it. They should have tested it or not written the piece at all.
Thank You for your post.
You nailed it!
The sad thing about the Brianna McNeal case is that she could have simply "ignored" the requests by the AIU probing for an "explanation" of her medical procedure, WITH NO CONSEQUENCES . . . because as you pointed out, it would only have been her FIRST MISSED whereabout violation in a period of 12 months.

That's not quite correct. One missed test can be enough for a ban.
Without explanation, or without a believable explanation, AIU might have nailed her then for 2.3:
2.3 Evading, Refusing or Failing to Submit to Sample Collection by an Athlete
Evading Sample collection; or refusing or failing to submit to Sample collection without compelling justification after notification by a duly authorized Person.
So she needs to come up with a believable explanation why the test was missed. Saying "I had a medical procedure three days ago" might sound like a lame excuse. Emphasis on "might", but who would want to take that risk?

Wrong … contador claims it was from a bad piece of filet mignon. after he claimed this; the testers set him up ..wanted to know how plasticine in iv tubing was found in his test results. lol
Haha - I totally mixed up those stories.

Isn’t this ‘paper’ really a gazette-type thing that you get for free at the grocery store. It seemed like it was written by a hyper teenager who missed her Adderall.
A 2nd positive test we’ll have to start calling BTC the Burrito Truck Club!

Leave it to LRC to get it's collective panties in a wad. Apparently this was a brand consultant having a little fun with a current event and getting it picked up by the NY Times?... no wait, maybe the Wall Street Journal? No that wasn't it, oh yeah, the WILLAMETE WEEK.
Jesus Christo, get a grip guys.
I posted this before but it is possible that many of you are eating uncastrated bulls and boars when you eat off of a food truck. The cheapest meat a restaurant/food cart can buy are bulls and boars that are taken out of rotation on breed stock. As long as its processed at a USDA or State permitted facility, it's all perfectly legal, tasty, and cost effective.
Sorry for the dumb question guys. Can someome help?
Was shelby cheating or not?
The problem in todays society is that there is so much speculation on both sides of an issue and she says shes not cheating and other agencies say she is cheating.
What is the truth?
Understood.
Apparently, this was her 2nd missed test date given a June 2019 missed test.
But her reps said that the Athletics Integrity Unit never accused her of using any banned substances, had not accused her of evading doping control, and had not accused her of tampering with any urine or blood sample.
My heart goes out to her.
She has an abortion in order to make the Olympic Team; which got even more complicated with the Covid pandemic. Then, she loses her youngest brother Jeremiah Rollins in June. who she was quite close to. And now, a 5 year suspension.

She says that she had passed 100 drug tests since 2016.
I dont see any reason for her to start cheating now, let alone in December of last year.
I really dont.
Well...
The WADA lab said she cheated, AIU agreed, WA banned her for four years, and CAS unanimously confirmed that decision. The full four years, no one saw a reason for a reduced ban.
Yes, unanimously, meaning even the arbiter hand-picked by Nike/BTC/Houlihan did not by her story of a beef burrito contaminated with several ounces of uncastrated boar offal.
End of story, normally, but the Nike PR is strong.
