No issues for me but a bunch for my buddies. I had to purchase sets to help them out. Used chrome on my macbook.

Had a friend download the app and it worked right away. Definitely look into downloading that app and it should go pretty smoothly.
Men's marathon is Day 3 (Friday, July 15) at 6:15 a.m. and women's marathon is Day 4 (Saturday, July 16) at 6:15 a.m. No tickets are required for the marathons.
Both marathons are scheduled to be held in Portland using a 13 mile mile large loop and then 4 smaller 3 mile loops around the waterfront according to organizers.

This is a horses hit reservation system. Every time I add a ticket, it won't let me checkout.
You aren't the only one. Jonathan Gault's father has already given up. Not ready for primetime. It looks like the best advice is to download the ticketmaster app.

People like you make the world a more $hitty place. Why would you be doing that when you know people are actually trying to buy, all you do if screw up the inventory by doing that and clog up the site. Why are you such a dick?
I wanted to see what ticket prices were...and I know how to click a link that says "cancel and release these seats"
I couldn't get it done on my computer but I was able to buy them on my phone. But I was stuck getting the "insurance" because the moble version doesn't let me scroll down and select "no" for insurance. So it cost me an extra $9 per ticket but I got them.

That doesn’t make sense if day 1 is the 15th. Please don’t give out false info.

All the information is correct except the dates. It's the 17th and 18th. Day three and day four in the morning.
Use the ticket master app, definitely more reliable than any web browser. However as of 2pm eastern I was able to use both website and app to buy. Tickets were pretty picked over by then but there were still blocks of 3-4 for small groups.
To the person who ask about buying tix for "all sessions"... I had to buy tix for each individual session. I did not see any way to buy tix for multiple sessions in one single transaction.
What a hideous process. (1) Ticketmaster wouldn't allow my desktop computer or my tablet computer to purchase tickets. I had to go to my phone, which takes much longer. (2) I suspect the reason for this is to slow down the process and benefit scalpers. (3) The phone doesn't let you choose not to buy ticket insurance. The "no" option is inaccessible, so either add the dumb fee or too bad, no tickets. (4) Did I mention all the grandstand seats were gone before the "pre-sale" even began? (I'm sure most of them will now be for sale in various places for $1000 each.
Sir Sebastian should fire Ticketmaster immediately. What a pile of manure their whole industry is. The name should be "Scalpers 'R Us." It was so unnerving that I accidentally bought an extra two tickets to July 17th's loaded evening session. Finals include womens' pole vault, men's shot put, 110 hurdles, and 100 hurdles. Plus qualifying in men's shot put, discus, women's 100m, men's 400 hurdles, heptathlon 200m, and semifinal men's 1500.
Am I going to sell these two tickets through Ticketmaster's super-easy scalping process? NO WAY. My wife and I will give them away to somebody we'll enjoy sitting next to.

Same thing happened to me. I got a separate e-mail which indicates that I should be able to cancel the insurance for a full refund within the next 15 days. I have not actually tried yet, but hopefully you can do the same!
I was able to finally select seats and order tickets for an unknown reason. I used firefox on my desktop. Some of my friends were suddenly able to buy tickets on their desktops at the same time - reason unknown.
The fact that you can't buy package deals (all morning tickets, all afternoon, or for the whole event) is a shame
I'm trying to buy World Champs tickets via the presale, but the website says I need an offer passcode. Any idea how I might get that?
It was a real pain but I got tickets for every session. I knew having ticketmaster involved would make it difficult. I had to use three devices. Ticketmaster...I updated everything on my account including it made me put a new password in. Did this 30 mins before tickets went on sale. As soon as I started using ticketmaster it made me reset my password even though it had sent me an email confirming I could do that. The fact I had problems but was still available to get a ticket for each session shows how little interest there is in Track. Plus of course how difficult they make it. Plus of course having to buy each session individually triggers fraud alerts. friend in England also got the tickets he wanted.
Feeltheglory will get you access
Please report on how we can get a refund for the bogus ticket insurance. I didn't get the email you did.
Wish I had remembered the app before wasting 90 minutes of my day trying to buy tickets on my laptop and watching all of the 23rd and 24th finals seats get snatched up. Ticketmaster are fuxx (although they did finally refund my cancelled Billie Eilish tickets from last year....:-))
There are a number of events where I try to buy tickets realize its ticketmaster and just decide not too.
