I will amend my answer somewhat.
Legally she is guilty as hell. Morally she is innocent. In fact I applaud her. Bravo to her. As long as the sport involves such blatant doping at the highest levels with virtually no official concern, as long as we are told we are supposed to care about alleged record performances that are so obviously fueled by PEDs that it makes a mockery of the sport, the only right thing to do is to try to win at the cheater's own game. That is why despite his personal flaws Armstrong was a saint, because he outcheated the cheaters. It was hilarious to watch.
She is simply one of many. It is in plain sight.
The articles I have read did not go into detail as to why everybody else was let off the hook with the food excuse but she is not? Is there not any scientists I can tell us whether it's a viable excuse or not? Yes I get it you should just avoid these meats altogether I suppose. I'm just wondering why she's super guilty and everybody else is off scot-free? Does anybody have any insight there? This is just a sad day.
Not only is she guilty but anyone that has ever run for BTC is guilty, just like every rider on Team Postal.
Not guilty.
Shelby at her World Anti-Doping Agency hearing:
Not because it's her, but because cheating is a big problem and I don't typically believe the "it was contaminated X" defense, I say guilty.

Even worse, she had to go all racial and try to blame Mexicans for her crimes. Disgusting.
White privilege at its finest
Yep. I'm surprised she didn't say a black guy turned her on to the taco truck.

100%
I believe Not Guilty, not just because of her receipts, but because there are far more effective drugs for a runner in her events to be taking. It doesn’t line up to me.
Good point, she was probably on a host of other PED’s too, that didn’t show up.
Oh, she is 100% guilty.
Doping Cheaters Out !!!
It was 1979. I was travelling the Yangtzee in search of a Mongolian horsehair vest. I had got to the market after sundown, all of the clothing traders had gone, but a different sort of trader still lurked about. "Just a taste," he said. That was all it took.
I feel so bad if we’re all wrong. But guilty. I’ve thought she was a doper for 5+ years.... even moreso when she turned into “super Shelby”’ in, was it 2017 or 2018? Was still fun to watch though!
guilty.
There is no question that she was doping, she got massively swole and it was obvious. I told people that she had to be juicing and they laughed, saying that steroids would hurt her and not help her. She took the 2019 Worlds loss very poorly thinking that she was robbed by dopers. She was convinced that the 3 women in front of her were cheating so she finally threw in the towel and adopted the If you can't beat them, join them mentality. It backfired on her and her crocodile tears are not going to save her. I actually agree with her about 2 of the 3 that beat her at worlds, but the winner was and is absolutely clean whether people believe it or not.
guilty
by now, i don't need to test the tacos.
Except they were cheating. That's the context.
Guilty. I dont take any pleasure in her career being compromised or ruined though. I feel for her in that regard despite the fact that she cheated. Almost all the cheaters don't get caught but she was an "unlucky" one. Actions have consequences and people must take responsibility. I'd have respect for her if she actually admitted to it at some point in time. I'm not sure if there's ever been a clean woman ever break 1430 for 5k but with the new show tech it could be plausible.
TO THE GILLS!!!! Guilty.

As yourself this question;
If it was Sifan Hassan that tested positive, would you still say it was a tough call?
If not...
Why not...
Quit trying to tarnish Hassan. Do you hate all black people?
It's only cheating if you get caught, She got caught.
Guilty
