This is the first person I thought about, but anti-vaxxers probably don't like her.

By a wide margin, loved/liked by more people than anyone else currently alive. Those who hate him have to admit this.
Ha! He couldn't even get re-elected.
And the question posed related to likeability. Those who didn't vote for Trump do not find him likeable, and even some who voted for him don't find him likeable.
The Pope is more likeable than Trump (and I'm not Catholic), and I expect a number of sports stars and entertainment personalities are deemed more widely likeable.
Senor Ballbag

Trump has more followers in the US than the pope. Like him or not, he may be the most liked person in the US. Please name a sports figure who has 100 million people who like them.

that's me and 99,999,999 others ...
You must of forgot the US had an election where the popular vote directly contradicts your statement. He might be the most hated person in the country.

Interesting to see people defining "most liked" in two different ways.
Michelle Obama and Trump have some of the largest fan bases, but many haters.
Others saying Betty White or Tom Hanks are thinking in terms of "least hated", who doesn't like them?
The Rock.
A few people have said it but it's a pretty good one.
I "liked" him on Facebook a few years back randomly. It's hard not to like the guy. Almost impossible.

The standard under consideration isn't social media "likes" or followers, it is "likeable". And I don't think it was confined to the United States.
Trump is very well known, even internationally. That doesn't mean he is widely considered likeable. He couldn't even get a 50% approval while in office, or earn a second term. While approval isn't the same as likeable, it is suggestive of a dislike of the man because people will be more likely to approve of the performance of a person they like.
Weird Al Yankovic.
So wholesome, thoughtful, gracious, non-political, talented, genuine, and no freakish plastic surgery.
It would be Fred Rodgers if he were still alive.
In these wicked and godless days Satan is working his deceit and lies to turn good and bad upside down. Beware of those who believe Pride and Popularity are more important than following the narrow way and Standing with the Lord Christ Jesus.
I think this is the most likable Pope in modern times even for those that aren’t religious.
I am going with Clay Travis and Buck Sexton. They are taking over for Rush Limbaugh. Since its nationally syndicated premiere in 1988, The Rush Limbaugh Show has become the highest-rated talk radio show in the United States reaching almost 20 Million People (CNN reaches less than one million).
The show airs on almost 600 radio stations nationwide.
