I'm sorry, but this is straight up delusional! I guess she thinks she should be paid to braid her hair and post pictures of herself 24/7! It's funny how performance based compensation only becomes an issue when you don't think you can perform anymore. No one wants to work anymore and even worse, they don't want to be fired/demoted/reprimanded for not doing the work they were hired to do. What a load of crap, I will be actively rooting against her and hope she gets smoked at the trials.
You need to look up the word "delusional" in the dictionary. She refused to sign with Nike because she thought she was worth more money, then went out and signed for three times what she was offered by Nike. I don't know what you think "delusional" means, but, since she thought she was worth more and someone paid her more, I don't know how that isn't evidence that she was correct. She obtained more money from someone else - see how she was right?
I know that upsets you, and we all know why it upsets you and your ilk, so go ahead and root against her and otherwise let her live rent free in your head while she, along with every other woman alive, other than your mom, doesn't spend a minute of her life thinking about you.
I'm pretty much, you know, not to sound cocky, but like I'm probably going to make another Olympic team.
Ummmm...
NO!

They want me to be happy. They want me to live the values that their brand holds to be important, which I also believe in and stand behind.
They don't give 2 sh!ts whether or not she's happy, they just her to sell clothing. As soon as she is no longer useful, they will reduce/dump her too.
