BYU vs. NAU This Weekend!

With good temps and no wind, it's a fairly fast course probably. The 10k loop includes some of the hills, the big one is on the 10k and 6k course, but not the 8k. If you ran the old course with the wood chips and cattle guards, this one is easier, mostly because there are no wood chips and cattle guards. Like I said before, I was in the race, and the sections into the wind were nasty, and most of the last k was right into the wind.

Almost no flat on the course, all slight up/down plus the few bigger up and down hills which really takes it out of your legs. The problem is the constant change in up and down even if it's slight.

I wouldn't argue that the the Big 10 is objectively deeper and stronger than the SEC, historically. My issue is with your ignorant claim that the current Oklahoma team specifically would stand any chance in the SEC this year.
