The heads of the Turkish company that makes Bayraktar TB2 drones said they support Ukraine and won't sell to Russia "no matter how much money we are offered."
Now we are in the just how does Putlin get out of this phase. Obviously Russia isnt going to be taking anything, so when will Putin toss in the towel?
I have never seen a worst ran team/army than what we have been seeing from these Russians, they gave done everything wrong.
RU can't surrender - it's not in their DNA.
This ends in a stalemate that lasts generations, unless Putin gets taken out behind the woodshed (and never comes back), and in the resultant chaos UKR takes back its lands.
The might RU army can't take even a km of UKR territory anymore. It's really shocking.

I do expect Putin to be pressured to give this up and surrender. When he refuses he will be dealth with.

Russian propaganda trolls will face war crimes charges just like the Nazi SD did at the Nuremberg Trials. Nazi organizations were brought to trial as well as individuals, including the Security Service, which did the following:
“As part and parcel of its intelligence operations, the SD carefully tracked foreign opinion and criticism of Nazi policies, censoring when necessary and likewise publishing hostile political cartoons in the SS weekly magazine, Das Schwarze Korps.
After the war, Allied powers—United States, Great Britain, France, and the Soviet Union—came together to form the International Military Tribunal (IMT). From 1945 to 1946, Nazi Germany leaders stood trial for crimes against p...

I don't think a stalemate is in the cards now that Ukraine can keep hitting deep behind Russian lines, day after day, causing unsustainable losses. It's more of a longer-term war of attrition, except with the combined NATO economies going head to head against the Russian economy, sort of like the Cold War on fast forward. And there's a long line of European countries that deeply hate Russia and are eager to put some quality weapons into Ukrainian hands so they can be put to good use. Russian equipment is getting worse and worse, while Ukrainian equipment keeps getting better and will gradually shift to NATO standard.
The longer the war goes on, the more thoroughly wrecked the Russian state gets, and the more it exposes the long-term devastation caused by corruption. The reason the Russian army can't advance is the people in power have been selling it out for 20 years and pocketing the profits, and you can't clean up the corruption because it's the foundation of Putin's power and he's at the very top of it. Maybe Putin could declare mission accomplished tomorrow, call all his troops back to pre-2014 borders and survive, but time for even that much is running out.

At this point Putin is going to have to fall on his sword just like Hitler did. Or in Putins case one of his "friends" might give him a push. In either case it's game over for Putin. Russia will never recover from this war as long as Putin is in charge.

Putin will try to break the eu Allies this winter with energy and food and nuclear threats. we will see how this winter goes with energy prices in Europe at unprecedented levels. Factorys will have to sit down….can democracy sustain this kind of pain to help Ukrainians? Or will eu nations buy ru energy to keep the lights on? No one knows.

The Allies made great sacrifices during WWII to defeat the Axis powers. This war is nothing in comparison. Back then it was called "tightening your belt." Today it may be somewhat difficult for some nations to "tighten their belts." But it can be and should be done with the help of like minded neighbors.
Winning wars is never easy. Imagine if during WWII the Allies said, "f-it, this is too much trouble and puts our citizenry thru too many hardships. We'd all be speaking German now and eating sushi for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
No, the Western world needs to continue fighting the good fight to keep freedom loving people free. There is no evidence to suggest that Ukraine after the war wants to become an autocratic nation.

I hope you are right. The difference now is social media. have no doubt the Russians will use social media to stir up protests in Europe against high energy prices and European ‘warmongering.’
protests have begun, and its still summer. Wait til it’s cold.
BREAKING: Protests break out in London this evening outside the headquarters of the energy regulator against the 80% rise in energy prices from October. The average annual household bill is expected to reach £3,549 (€4,180)

No need for Russians to use social media. The general consensus in West Europe already is "not our war". West Europeans are very used to comfort and definitely are not gonna sit in cold homes while paying triple for everything just so Ukraine can keep Donbas, which does not want to be a part of Ukraine anyway.
I expect protests and even riots in Europe this fall and winter.
What do you care? As long as Russia gets what it wants.
Zelensky screws the Ukrainian people once again.
But, you don’t care if many more people die, as long as Russia gets what it wants. Otherwise, if you really cared about preventing many more deaths, you would be calling for Russia to withdraw immediately.
“Russia has largely failed to achieve any of their objectives during the invasion, and reports have emerged that a high number of its troops have either been killed during fighting—and many of those who remain reportedly lack motivation, experience or strong leadership.”
Retired U.S. Lieutenant General Mark Hertling said Saturday that the Russian president's order comes as his "units on the frontline are at very low strengths."
The U.S. Department of State-supported Conflict Observatory program released a report today that includes evidence of Russia-perpetrated filtration operations in, and forced deportations from, Ukraine. The unlawful transfer a...
