There's a potential maths problem here. Historically should mean in the past. Ten years at 3.8bn is 38 billion, plus 17.
So in past ten years alone is has supplied or approved 55bn?

That assumes the 10 year period has been fulfilled. It isn't stated at what point Israel is at the 10 year period specified in the memorandum of understanding. It may have only begun.

Trump is looking more and more like a senile and impotent old man and even the might of the US military is looking weak under his direction, mostly because he won't listen to experienced military leaders.
