This thread was deleted by a volunteer moderator. I certainly don't want a thread this big deleted so I've restored. THat being said, this thread has served it's purpose. I've closed it to new posts.
We have a new 2024 vaccine thread here. New people don't need to try to wade through 20,000 posts to figure out what is going on.
Alas, checked in to see what’s up and it’s a political guy who probably voted four times, like his redundant posting.
Boebert is an idiot with a loud mouth and is only liked by the core M.A.G.A. contingent. That she might lose should be no shock in a deeply blue state, even in a red area, because CO has been totally Californiacated, especially as the election at large was a repudiation of Trump. But, to your chagrin, it looks like she will survive.
She is probably up to date on all of her vaccines except the LNP-encased, messenger RNA “message” that barely prevents transmission or elicits a multi-year, durable response. Like the rest of us normal people who aren’t really old with significant comorbidity.
If Boebert loses CO-3 by like 50 votes then antivaxx COVID deaths would be the deciding factor in that election.
How many of you antivaxx spammers are happy about that? Self-ownage.
Color you shocked. Boebert has re-taken the lead in Colorado. She probably got more votes for her common sense COVID policies than she lost. Boebert is an idiot, but she might be going back to Washington to do battle with the squad (you know, the left's idiots). Both sides have fools. Don't act like the left is somehow exempt from idiocy.

You may want to check the first word of my post, brother.
Anyway, the political divide among COVID deaths is a fact.
The political divide with vaccine uptake is a fact.
The closeness of this race is a fact.
Antivaxx Trumpers dying of COVID is thus a irrefutable reason for the closeness of this race.

So I’ve wasted my time yet again. Checking out…
Obviously I voted multiple times. All in swing states. Only a fool wouldn't. The 4x post above was a bug, but I'm glad it happened because my argument is so epic.
Boebert won by 6 points in 2020. The gap has closed in 2022. A factual, causal contributor to this tightening is the death of antivaxx Trumpers. Nobody argues that COVID deaths have skewed dramatically Republican in the vaccine era -- driven primarily by poor vaccine uptake.
I am not making election predictions. I am merely stating this race would be far less close had tons of GOPers not died of COVID to own the libs. They got me. I'm so owned!
The GOP would already have clear control of the Senate and House (and certainly with more than the razor-thin mandate-less margins they may get) by now if their supporters had taken the vaccines.
The red wave... stopped by antivaxxer fearmongering?!
DanM, Covidiocy, Joedirt, Carmine, everyone else. Thank you for all you have done to stop the red wave. You are best allies a libertarian like myself could ask for!

Someone who advocates non-stop for vaccine mandates considers himself a libertarian? That's the funniest thing I've heard all day.
She's up 1,136 votes with 1.6% left to count. Her opponent would have to win 61% of the remaining 5,200 votes to overtake her. The reason those 5,200 votes may not have been counted yet, mostly election day and in person votes in Pueblo County. Her opponent had won 53% of the vote thus far in Pueblo, but election day / in person tallies have favored Boebert. The county clerk is a Democrat, so he will be looking for ways to exclude some Republican votes. Military ballots should favor Boebert.
