To 70's old timer,

Chaplin, ended-up drop me in 5k too,because he knew the oregon fans have excite me to break world recod.The only stop me not to run.

"They dont deserve it" he said.

I think I was going to drop in 3k,but I had already done with the 3kst final and I won it with 8:12 minutes and Henry Marsh came second.

The 880 I never ran it.

I always double and beat Kimeto and samson in 3 miles and a mile 60 minutes apart.

The 96 day training phase II, I ran for 37mwr+ 42mhc+15mcd =96 minutes.

I have reach the zone of the great feelings of training.I\\\'m in good shape to train now.

This is my dream from the start to reach this point of breath in joy and happiness of exercise fitness.Run and feel the wind on your face is the goal of this comeback

I am glad the training is going well. I hope that your race put back even more competitive fire. Good luck with the rest of Phase II. I really enjoy reading about how much fun you have with running!

How believable is this time? On the Nikeplus leaderboard for males 55-59 there is a guy who's listed with a 15 min.+ time for 5K, when his previous best a week ago was 18 min. and change. I'm referring to the Nikeplus + iPod web site. Isn't this time (15 min.) near world-class for this age-group?

if this was 11 months from now and you told me Henry Rono did it; I would be astonished but figure if "anyone could do it, it would be someone who ran a 13:08 5k in his prime". This guy? I have serious doubts, especially if he ran 18 minutes a month ago.

did you ever run in the World X-C championships? If so, how did you do?

I know the Kenyans and Ethiopians have been battling fiercely, the last 5-6 years in that big race.

the world X-C championship is the toughest distance competition in the world; bringing together the top talent from the 1500m thru the marathon. I'm not happy about them eliminating the short course race, starting next year; as the long course is too long. Should be a standard 10k distance.

The 98 day of my training phase II the last day of week 14.

I ran for 39mwr+41mhc+12mcd=92 muntes.

I felt great today.

I never ran world X-C championships.My coach couldn't allow me to run or move anyway unless it is in Puerto Rico

half-marathon for cougar club.

I know the Ethiopia and Kenya have been winning in any major races around the world that is why Gabriel Salaise was complaining about it.

He wonder why Ethiopians and kenyans are dominating in the middle/long distance events?Where the other Countries?,he asked.

He blames the leaders of Track& Field events for not organizing and promoting western world countries to keep with East African Nations.

He says, "You see only two countries runing against each other, it is boring for audience and runners themselves no more challenging."

Hard to believe that Craig Virgin of the US, actually won it, the last Amercian to do it, way back in the late 70's.

Of course, if you had run it in your prime years, you would have won it, obviously.

I know!!! As I say, I couldn't go anywhere, I was married with my coach.

I either do what he say or get my ass kick.I only saw Craig Virgin and Salazar having freedom in running world and wining world X-C.

If it makes you feel any better; Chaplin is getting alot of criticism and complaints for his job on the US track committee, these days.

Why is he getting criticism? He is a big shot!Everything he say goes.Don't kid me.

Did he ever bother to connect me with coaching in anywhere in the world?

No way!He got what he wanted from me and left me high and dry.

everybody knows that Chaplin is a jackass and treated you poorly.

It is a testament to your spirit that you have moved on and are looking forwards to good things in your life and running career.

Baffoons like Chaplin eventually get what they deserve....a job on some US Olympic committee.....lol....where they can mess up today's young runners....lol....

It is a class of people,who looks for some runners,who are weak in someway to used them as horses,and when they are no longer running fast put them away and laugh.

It is happening internationaly that is why El-G came here to me, last year to asked me these questions,

"Why are you not attending IAAF meets? Why Kenyans runners are leaving to run for other nations?"

I told El-G last year to give me 19 more years and everything will changed for good.For now it is for detectors to suck the blood-out of the runners.They are not treated as human beings,you know it.For their kindness as been viewed as weakness as stupid as no good in their eyes.

You know athletes do bend down for detectors.They don't argue,or run away from them,whenever they can.It is readable in the Olympic Dream book.I made it loud and clear in my book

The 98 day of training phase II and the first day of week 15.I ran for 131 minutes.I'm getting back to my long minutes.

The week 14 was a easy one Ineeded that for recovery

Now is time to crank more juices in the joints.I will be testing the feelings and see how much I can burn through the skin.

I wonder how much fat I will be burn this week.It is question I have to think about it.I'm incooparating my physical fitness with cross-training.

Like I say I'm in good shape to train after three months has gone by.

Yesterday was the 99 day of training actually.

Today is the 100 day of training still phase II.I did run for 65minutes + 35 minutes cycling + 25 minutes suana +25 minutes swiming-pool +25 minutes whirl-pool =170 minutes total for this morning.Cross-training.My apology for the days training mixe-ups
