As far as I’m concerned, our president said Covid is over. So it is. But I guess it all depends on what kind of immunity and therapeutics you have.
Nobody is changing anyone else’s mind anymore, in either direction. It is what it is.

Why would a bivalent booster be worse than an original strain booster? Dose alone? Is the bivalent booster worse? Ive seen just maybe it’s not better than the original strain!

That's part of the argument, but if you want to invoke Offit then the broader context of his position is important.
He has reservations about the bivalent booster specifically and the incremental benefit of boosters in the context of low risk populations. He's decidedly not a "natural immunity" proponent.

She told me that everyone in the NFL is using it. However it’s not the veterinarian form it is the actual pill form. I have been giving out the veterinarian form to my patients in {city redacted}. I only lost one patient to covid out of the 2000 people that I treat. He was a kidney transplant patient to begin with.
Apparently the NFL is using it because it not only is a prophylactic, as well as a remedy, but it also prevents you from testing positive and needing to quarantine.
