https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/556483-parliamentarian-democrats-only-get-one-more-chance-to-sidestep-gop-this-yearThis ruling essentially defeats HR1, the ProAct, and much of what is included in the current infrastructure bill. Dems could nuke the filibuster, but that would require 51 votes and again Manchin and Sinema are "No" votes. Time is running out. Again, Congress is going to flip red next year and the odds of this leftist agenda getting passed is getting slimmer and slimmer.
HR1 and the ProAct were never eligible for passage under reconciliation in the first place. The only change to the infrastructure bill would be that it has to pass as one piece of legislation instead of two.
Just look at New Mexico. As long as people like you go around shouting about how the election was stolen and we need a coup, the congress will just get bluer and bluer.

Sinema held a news conference with key Texas Republican Senator visiting Tucson- she commited to preserve the filibuster, effectively stopping remaining Biden agenda.
If she were to become an Independent and caucus with the GOP, the dems surrender control.

Ohhh ... so you are in Gina mode now? I marvel at how quickly you can transition from the often cantankerous and combative Trollminator to the more gentle and inquisitive Gina. Trollminator wants no prisoners but Gina wants to care for the prisoners.

I’ve told you repeatedly that you are WRONG on this score, I am NOT Trollminator.
But fire in Sally, I’ll pick my moment to prove you wrong.

No it’s fine. Everyday Sally proves he’s a flailing dumba$$. For someone who has been trying to troll for more than a decade he’s a really slow learner. But but we both use emojis! 😂🎻👋🏻
My guess is he took the blog down due to SDNY investigations, probably would have dug a bigger hole. A stone cold beta loser. 🤡

So you admit you were wrong about the effects of the parliamentary ruling.
You are also wrong about Sinema. She's not dumb enough to jump onto a sinking ship.
Do you also believe that Trump will be reinstated by August?
The Gap for Joe Biden currently stands at +13.3 as his approval continues to hover around 53%, showing rather remarkable consistency so far.
https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/biden-approval-rating/
For purposes of comparison: At the same stage in Donald Trump's presidency, The Gap was -15.8.

Nope. It's not. We all need to take a page out of the new GOP and continue to delegitimize our elections and brush under the rug the events of January 6. That's unifying stuff.
The Pacifist in Chief continues to make the world a more unstable and less peaceful place as his aversion to confrontation is allowing Iran to fortify Venezuela. Venezuela, the socialist utopia, whose economy is in shambles, is spending money bolstering its navy while its people starve.
Joe's pro-Iran policies and aversion to upset Beijing since buying off Hunter and getting Biden elected have made the world a far more dangerous place than Trump ever made it.

I am right. You're going to have a near impossible task to pass the Biden agenda. I said "if" about Sinema, not predicting a certainty. As for Trump being reinstated, I don't see that happening. However, the (upcoming) forensic audits in AZ, GA, WI, PA and possibly in MI will reveal fraud and show the General Election of 2020 was clearly stolen.
