Rossi certainly did not (and still does not) let the truth get in the way when he said:

1. he ran the entire VIA Marathon.

2. he has proof that he ran the VIA Marathon - he has no proof.

3. that the Committee gave him pictures that didn't make US Candids final cut. See #2.

4. that he never reposted or tweeted his letter to Madame Principal.

5. that he earned everything he has.

6. that he is semi-retired.

7. that he is not Mike Rossi.

What is gun time and chip time? And in the photo there is an arrow pointing to a guy at least 3 deep in a crowd that somebody thinks is Mike Rossi but there is no way to prove the guy is or isn't. And where are other photos of that finish line? Obviously any photos from another angle that might show Rossi crossing the finish line in front of those people like the 13 year old weren't posted because that would blow the whole theory of the guy in crowd 3 deep being Rossi.

There is no proof that any of the emails above are from Mr. Rossi.

Anyone can make up a fake email account with a name of his or her choosing, or even create the whole exchange in a word processor.

Once again, the prosecution seems to have overestimated their case.

When a case is presented there are computer forensics that can ferret out the truth, and in black and white.

What's great about this is that if he really did have all these photos/gps/evidence to exonerate himself and sat on it just because he didn't have to prove anything to anonymous trolls, he's a complete moron. Probably would have avoided his two time (three time) Philly loser awards, business still "thriving", thread would have ended long ago, and so on. but hey, what does he have to prove, right?

It is his total refusal to admit to the cheating that is so compelling and is what will make these threads go on until he does. He simply doesn't have the intelligence to realise that this is the only way to make it stop.

No actually I was just playing devil's advocate to demonstrate how a non-runner looking at that picture, wouldn't fully understand what we are talking about thats all. Yeah we all know he cheated the Turkey Trot, and we suspect he triggered the mat with his chip from the curb, but the problem with that photo is the guy suspected as being him is 3 deep in the crowd and nowhere near the mat we suspect he triggered, so how did he get from the mat to his spot in the crowd away from the mat in 9 seconds ( according to the clock) totally unnoticed by a race official at the finish line. Pretty hard to use that photo and say thats what he did thats all I'm saying. I wish there was another photo with a full head on view showing the finishers in the time frame before and after him.

He wasn't at Starbucks with photos and I have proof of that!
