MIAC Track 2017

I actually like this idea. He's a junior and hasn't much to lose. If he were a senior then I would probably have some hesitations, but might as well take some risks now!

Garcia Cassani seems likely to own the 1500/Mile this year and next. I think Jerry's best chance to win a national championship is in the 8.

Really though one hell of a runner, you have to feel for the guy. Doesn't take away from what he's done but it's not the best way to end a career.

Huge bummer. He was on fire, and his confidence must have been so high after that great conference meet. 1:51, cruised 3:49, etc. He was running on a level this outdoor season that probably was better than Paul and Jake last year until nationals.

Yeah, hope he hops in some summer meets like the Indianapolis series.
