Don’t think we are talking of same guy. He doesn’t teach. And is currently coaching. The point being there was high level interest and they made an emotional hire over one based on ability/success. His right to do so.

With the bonus structure in place with Milt’s contract, he could make a SERIOUS amount of cash if the team performs well academically and athletically.
