Let me throw one more thing out there to calm your nerves agip. The Trump friendly SCOTUS delaying justice (aka rigging) only helps reignite the urgency for otherwise complacent D voters. Everything that seems to be an advantage for Trump also hurts him. He literally campaigns for Biden everyday. Have you ever seen someone keep doubling down on extreme? Reasonable people don't want that cr@p and that's why he was fired, and will be denied again.
The SCOTUS should rule on this before the election. They will certainly delay as long as possible because they are beholden / loyal to him in a way that should never happen. If they say absolute immunity, Biden can have Trump killed. Agreeing with the lower court decision is much more likely, though they may add some subtle nuance aimed at specifically letting Trump off the hook but somehow attempting to preserve the country as they break it.
He has never won a popular election. His record of endorsements is pretty bad. The SCOTUS is extremely unpopular (3 of 9 appointed by him, other republican appointees taking bribes monthly). That will motivate democrats to vote. As will all rights taken away from women, gun zealousness, and refusal to govern. There is certainly reason to be optimistic that he would lose, but it is no lock.
it's over boys. Trump did it again. Got away with murder.
The Stormy Daniels trial will be the only trial he faces. Unless he loses the election - then he will face more.
Trump will simply dismiss his own cases if he is president, and the R party will applaud his strength and say it was the right thing to do.
The irony is that the stormy daniels case is the weakest one. I mean sure, he did it, but he is only being prosecuted because of who he is.
Big win for Team Russia. Kudos, Putin and Republicans.
Big win for young men who want to live, that’s for sure. we can only pray he saves them and the haters haven’t dug too deep a ditch. funding 3 Wars now, in record time. literally paying to have kids die. fkn nuts anyone would vote for that. I’ll take the bad jokes.
Underperforming, HA! smacked down the 2-term governor in her home county by 30 points and had more votes than all the Dems combined. guess you’re not paying attention
trump has been doing 10-20 points worse than polling - suggests some large piece of the R electorate is just not on the trump train. Pollsters think they are Republican stalwarts but they are not.
So yeah that's underperforming.
Uh oh. It just keeps getting worse for Sleepy Joe.
A day after a poll showed former President Donald Trump taking back Michigan from President Joe Biden, a new survey just out has him beating the president in Wisconsin, giving him control of all seven key swing states.
In Wisconsin, which Biden won by 1 percentage point in 2020 after Trump took it in 2016 to seal his surprise victory over Hillary Rodham Clinton, the Republican is leading the Democrat by 3 points, 45%-42%, according to Emerson College Polling/The Hill.
We don't need to be alarmists. Trump has a big uphill climb to the presidency. He's way under performing in the primaries. A significant number of GOP voters will not vote for him this time around. He has a ceiling and it'll be lower than in 2000. Moderate conservatives, independents, women, and young voters will be the difference. People need to vote and he'll be done.

It remains to be seen if the US voter will take their disgust with the judicial system into the voting booth and pin it on Trump. What disgust?
1. Dobbs. Wildly unpopular with voters and women so much that Republicans don't talk about it publicly.
2. Alabama IVF- Republicans keep voting against guaranteeing IVF while rushing to microphones to say they support it. (All because of Supreme court ruline)
3. Voters not being able to have clear answers as to whether Trump is innocent or guilty of his federal Felony charges. Whether you like Trump or not, as a voter you deserve to have these cases judicated. Trump says you don't deserve that. And the Supreme court inexplicably is accommodating his goal.
Clear eyed people can clearly see that no defendant in the history of this country has been able to manipulate our court system like this and be able to bend it to his will with self serving delays. Trump has been given enormous deferential treatment in all areas.(Gag orders, Bail, Indictments, surrender procedures).
The smartest people in this country today, are the ones that said from day #1 that it has never been the job of the DOJ or the justice system to save the country fro Trump. The voters need to do that. And they did once. If the voters choose to put Trump back into office, we will have the country we deserve.
If the voters choose to put Trump back into office, we will have the country we deserve.
yep, a peaceful one that makes tons of money, and brings food and gas prices down, and not thinking about injecting the fake vaccine into our food, and one that doesn’t give handouts to illegals while neglecting its own citizens. and one that isn’t playing the insanity card by trying to force everyone into an electric vehicle that our power grid cannot handle. that’s what we will get, and yes, that’s what we deserve. great call!
Anyone who claims to "follow the Bible" is either ignorant or an idiot or both. The Bible has some GREAT advice in it, so it is worth a read for that reason, but the magic is BS. There is no God. There were no miracles. Jesus was very likely a real person, but he was not called "Jesus" and never heard that name in his life, and of course he didn't look like a white guy with a tan.
If an asteroid hit Earth and wiped us all out and life started again as it did before (and no, God did not create life), it is likely that intelligent life would form again, and religion of some sort would form to explain the unexplainable to uneducated people who needed that. BUT, there would be no story of Jesus or all the other nonsense in the Bible, whatever the diety would be would likely not be the same. There are currently about 3,000 different religions on Earth, and most of them worship a very different God (or Gods) than the one Christians pray to. The religion that the vast majority of people belong to is of the area of the world they were born in. Hell of a way for God to decide to sentence most of them to hell, eh?
Now, if God were real, why would he be so murderous? (now, when I say, He, I mean the Bibles tells us this). He sent some bears out of the woods to KILL children who made fun of a man who was bald. Nice. He drowned the whole world save for Noah and his family. Nice. He killed children, including babies. Talk about infanticide, eh Sally? You need to worship him and praise him and sing songs about him and love him unconditionally even though if you mess up, he'll send you to BURN IN HELL FOREVER! Um...no thanks. I am a more perfect person than all of you here combined, and yet because I don't believe in a God who won't show himself, I am to be banished to BURN IN HELL FOREVER?! BS. There is no Hell. There is no Heaven. There is no God. Any God who would create thinking rational human beings and then KNOW that a good portion of them would not believe in an invisible man in the sky so that it is built in that people would BURN IN HELL FOREVER...well, that's not a loving God. That is not an advanced being. I'll have no part in that.
To believe us God is to believe in much that doesn't make sense. However to not believe in God is too believe in much that doesn't make sense either.
INCORRECT!
1) If you believe there is a God, then you do so without a shred of evidence.
2) If you do not believe there is a God, that doesn't mean you are believing in something that doesn't make sense, it only means you do not believe in ONE thing that doesn't make sense. As Neil deGrasse Tyson says, "The Universe is under no obligation to make sense to you." He's right.
3) Just because we don't have the answers to everything doesn't mean there has to be a God who does and who started everything. And, why God? Why not a dude named Elvin on planet Scripto in a galaxy far far away?
I don't hate any of that...well, check that, there are a LOT of acts that are heinous that are committed in the name of God and Christianity, so for those specific things, I DO hate those things. But in general, no, I don't hate Judeo-Christian foundations. I don't hate flat Earthers either, but I'll call nonsense, nonsense.
Oh, and I don't lie...EVER...not one time in my adult life.
If Mrs. Flagpole is packing 300 pounds and trying on a skimpy two-piece bathing suit, and she asks you if the looks good in it, are you not going to lie and say she looks great in it?!?
Well, she's not packing 300 pounds, but if she ever did (I mean, no freakin' way...she'll never even get to 120 pounds), but if she did and she asked me if she looked good in it, if I thought she didn't (and I can imagine I would think she wouldn't), yes, I would tell her. I don't lie. I don't tell big lies, and I don't tell white lies. I honestly find this hard to believe that you find that odd. Tells me that you lie regularly. Insecure people lie. People who do things they shouldn't lie. People with no integrity lie.
If Mrs. Flagpole is packing 300 pounds and trying on a skimpy two-piece bathing suit, and she asks you if the looks good in it, are you not going to lie and say she looks great in it?!?
He sure is smug for a guy with a 300 pound wife. Good Lord. The Pole family should read Proverbs 23:2 to learn what J. Christ thinks about this fat situation.
Dude, my wife isn't 300 pounds...she's about 110 soaking wet. He's creating a scenario. Man you are so stupid...that's why you believe in an invisible man in the sky.

13. Challenger charisma: The challenging party candidate is not charismatic or a national hero. False Love him or hate him, Trump has charisma.
I count 7 as false. Bad news for Sleepy Joe. Also for item #7- we can all agree that the open border is a major policy change. I marked it as "True"- but it has a negative effect. Therefore, I really see at least 8 negatives for Biden. Not good, if you're a lib.
Sleepy Joe is going to lose.
Hunter wheres the blow is correct!
Another day gone another day Biden did not drop out... You're a right wing influencer's dream come true.

Believing in Jesus is the smart play. if there is a Jesus, you have eternal after life and if there isn’t, then what’s the harm?
if you don’t believe, and there is, then you rot in hell (with Fauci, Biden and all the other mass murderers out there).
Don't get too excited.. this is a conservative court so they are helping him delay so the underlying trial doesn't conflict with the election. BUT they are going to side with the lower court's determination.
This is really important. I think they have to make a ruling before the election.
CORRECT!
Ultimately, I actually don't mind that the Supreme Court is weighing in on this. Time for America to decide it is either a nation of laws or not. The Supreme Court's stamp on that is definitive. I do, though, understand what it is doing...helping Trump delay other trials so that they don't happen before the election. That's not right, of course. The premise of Trump's argument is beyond insane...that a President has complete immunity. Um...no. That's the definition of a dictator. I THINK the Supreme Court won't go along with that. I THINK that Justice Thomas will be the only one to side with Trump here, but I don't trust those f*ckers at all.
Trump says he has been unfairly treated, but that is the exact opposite of what is true. He has been given pass after pass, treated with kid gloves this whole time.
So, here's a question...If the Supreme Court decides that Presidents have complete immunity while Joe Biden is still in office, would it be ok for Biden to have Seal Team 6 take out Trump? If the answer to that is NO (and it should be NO), then this Presidential immunity thing is crap.

it’s an easy decision.
So, you believe in Jesus only because the whole God thing MIGHT be true? You know that is insincere and God would know that. So, you've let a religion control your rational thinking. How sad for you.
Why do you think that your God is the right one? You do know that there are ~3,000 Gods that are worshipped and prayed to by people on Earth today, right? You do know that the vast majority of those belong to religions that say you need to accept their God as the one true God or else you go to their version of Hell, right?
Why would a God, ANY GOD, create a situation on Earth where the majority of the people are going to go to hell to BURN FOR ETERNITY? And, the defining thing there is just pretty much where you were born. Sounds pretty evil if you ask me and not worthy of praise.

I can tell you are uneducated, that is not my philosophy but it’s certainly a good one. since when does Jesus care why you believe? I have my own reasons. we make our own beds

200 million people have a right to know if Trump is guilty or innocent of the charges of attempting to illegally stay in office and thwart the official proceedings transferring the office to the duly elected winner. We deserve to know if we are voting for a felon or not.
The supreme court put their own opinion above the rights of citizens of this country by guaranteeing this case will not take place before the election. They put their own opinion over the public's need for Justice. They could have taken this up last December when Smith asked them to but they did not. They could have delivered this granting of Cert in one day. But they did not. They could demand that both sides get in there in make their cases i one week. But they did not. There is abundant precedent for the Supreme court to act quickly in the interest of the country but they chose to slow walk it for Trump.
The chances of this case ever going to trial are now 50/50 because if Trump is elected his new DOJ will kill it immediately.
This is an embarrassment to the US on an national level and international scale.
Old flagpole, my only suggestion to you is that you pray like hell jesus doesn’t exist cause, if he does, that’s gonna be a rude awakening when it’s showtime.

come on Flagpole - there won't be any federal trials before the election. And if I'm wrong and a trial does begin, voters won't hear all the evidence or get a verdict before they have to vote.
Trump won the legal battle. It's over. Total victory for the criminal. Even if convicted in the Stormy Daniels trial he'll just get a fine.
And the GA case is in such a mess it may not happen either.
You want to know how trump has skated justice for 50 years, this is how he does it.

Ivanka Trump would make a fine Supreme Court justice if one of the liberal jurists resign after Jan. 20.
