There are very few transfers in the country who could worry Monroe. The kid ship is rumored to be getting isn't one of them.

I bet you are wrong.
I heard Shizzy is coming back for Ship to use up his remaining outdoor season.

Nailed it.

Solid call on Monroe, dinzeo runs 13:58 at Raleigh! That's a huge PR for him, hopefully he can continue to run well. Could potentially place very high at nationals if he continues to improve
Kevin jewel 1:49 WOW! After his below average indoor season for him this was huge
Looking like it will be a strong year from the 800-10K this year. Hopefully the performances keep coming from people!
Gillette with a 3:51 and 1:53 double!
Speaking of the solid early psac times in the 800-10k... Dirty Dancing is on... what a film. All I have to say is... She's like the wind, man. That scene when Mr. Patrick Swayze lifts up Jennifer Grey really reminds me of the sort of thing Gillette and coach Spence have going.
Word is that Gibson got cleared to compete this outdoor season!

^^good one
Doesnt look like much from this past weekend Gillette 3:48 at William and Mary. Thats pretty much it, not really any good times besides that. Just some more people getting their qualifiers in.

Going out on a limb there!
Only a couple guys in all of PSAC history have broken 14.
A question: Does he really have to "improve" to place high at nationals?
Considering nationals is at altitude and the race will be completely different because it will be more tactical rather than let's take it out and see who actually is the fastest. I think it's going to be more of how is going to be able to handle the altitude

Exactly, Anderson proved he was one of the top guys running 14:04 last year but come nationals, he wasn't even close to being in the race. Hopefully Dinzeo and whoever else qualifies will be able to handle and adjust to the altitude.

One guy failing at nationals does not a theory prove.
The second fastest 5,000 guy in all of PSAC history does not have to improve that level of fitness to place well at Nationals. He needs to hold form, time his fitness, and prepare for the complexion of that race. Altitude or not.
