Its only one race, but Kip and I did compare GPS info from the RnR Arizona marathon. I can't recall any of the exact details, but it was all there and it was fairly consistent since the course is very flat. I recall our heart rates were very similar, and both of them were in the 160's for all 26 miles, except for the very end. He ran a 2:51 that day, so I don't think he would have to cheat for all these other slower times.

Actually the problem is that FACTS are exactly what's missing from any of Kip Litton's claims, or claims made on his behalf. You spouted a bunch of shit anyone (including Kip) could say -- that you ran with him, tried no harder or less hard than him, and know he ran 2:51. Any photos of this? Any witnesses? Got a name, pal?

Add to this the FACTS that *do* exist and stand as irrefutable evidence of Kip Litton's cheating -- topped, perhaps, by his assertion that he ran a marathon that doesn't even exist in under three hours -- and I'm sure you understand why you, he and anyone taking Kip's side in this are a collective livid joke. Just shut up and quit while you're a few dozen chip mats behind.

There were thousands of witnesses and photos

We stayed at the same hotel

I asked him a question about his watch

The watch is not subjective and can not lie

The statements made on this message board on face value are no more credible against him than they are for him. Kip and I have some mutual friends that know him far better than I do. Those friends assure me he has been a good, solid ethical guy for many years. For me, this is the tipping point that makes the positive comments here more credible, and the negative cheating claims very suspect. Add this to the fact that anyone runs a 2:51 marathon, would never cheat to run a slower one. Now THAT is... much too obvious.

None of the facts you mention here support the idea that Kip Litton ever ran 2:51 at this race or anywhere else (e.g., the fact that the race was in Jan. 2010 adds nothing, and the fact that "there were thousands of witnesses and photos" doesn't bring to bear on Kip's effort in particular). So you have struck out again. Now, if you were to provide photographic evidence of Kip Litton himself completing this marathon in 2:51, which you claim to have access to yet fail to use here to support your claims, it wold be different.

Again, you are just a moronic piece of shit who is either Kip himself or a family member or friend. Those details themselves, again, would not damn your "case" if you had the facts and evidence to support it. You can be as biased a party as they come as long as you have objective facts on your side. But you don't. The facts do support his 2:51 marathon. But, perhaps I need to expound a bit. The repeated 6:3x miles on his watch along with the HR info and matching finish time was irrefutable. There are many photos (you are free to locate these), but obviously the watch provides even a much more accurate picture of his race legitimacy. None of the 30,000 runners or fans reported him cheating, and along with his good reputation, it just bolsters an already undeniable case. Further, I have never heard of anyone, nor has anyone I've talked to ever heard of anyone cheating to run slower races than they already have.

I am sorry you have issues with legitimate proof that does not back your side of the argument. You also appear to have other issues that are expressed through your use of vulgarities and your interest in my death through drugs. I sincerely hope you find a friend or therapist who can help you work through your inadequacies.

I don't think any of these posters could last one round with Kip in a boxing ring. He has dealt with a lot of crap and kept his dignity. If he ever let his fury out, his hands would be like lightning as he decked each LR poster who dared enter the ring to challenge him.
