Lebron is THE ONLY PLAYER IN HISTORY to be in the top 25 all-time in the 4 major categories - #1 in points, #4 in assists, #6 in steals and #23 in rebounds. It’s simply phenomenal. There is no one close to that measure including Jordan. Lebron is the GOAT. Period.
LeBron is also #1 in turnovers and missed shots. Amazing what numbers someone can accumulate by playing more games than everyone else!
Jordan was clearly more skilled and a better defender. LBJ is bigger and has higher court iq. (LBJ has more turnovers btw bc he passes more.)
If you had a balanced set of 4 quality players, absolutely you would take Jordan every time. If you had 4 scrubs, LBJ would be the better player to add.
5 LBJ clones would beat 5 MJs due to size and smarts. But MJ has more skill for sure.
CAN YOU IMAGINE the amount of FLOPS the “5 LBJ” team would perform in that game??? LOL- it’d be unwatchable.
Agree with most of what you said though. MJ is clearly more skilled (…yes, meaning better footwork, better ball handler, shooter, defender) and flat out MORE VICIOUS. His vertical was insane - his ability to elevate - in a CROWDED paint - and dunk over big men / do crazy acrobatic shiit is unmatched. At 6’6” mind you! LBJ is objectively NOT that guy.
Much of LBJ’s success is because of his sheer size. He’s big, strong and fast… and the game has been intentionally opened up for offense. But everyone has to admit, he’s an F’n poosy FAR too often. STOP TRYING TO “GET CALLS!” You’re playing in the softest defensive era in history, FFS!
LBJ has more turnovers because he isn’t that great of a ball handler. In the 80s/90s, he’d have a guy on his hip/rear, pushing back and reaching at all times. This standing around the perimeter shiit is inherently WEAK.
Again- put MJ in today’s game, he averages 40-45 pts (as many NBA vers state). Put LBJ in the 80s/90s, and let’s just say… he does not match his career stats. Does anyone argue this?
Listen to Jason Kidd's (one of the greatest defending guards of all time) describe how hard it is to try and defend Lebron. We're talking about a 6'9" 250 lb guys who's fast, strong, and very physical. Kidd described a game where Lebron guarded Kobe and he said chuckling: 'and Kobe tried to guard Lebron'

Lebron has a better career fg percentage than Jordan…go figure
I cannot believe that there is seriously a debate here. If it weren't for the KD Warriors destroying Bron's trash team in 17/18 (who were a drastically better opponent than Jordan ever faced), Lebron would be 6-4 and there would be no debate. Adding to that, the 2014 Spurs and 2015 GSW and it's 8-2. Jordan fans know this, but won't admit it.

LeBron doesn't get sympathy points for KD, Kawhi, Dirk, and Iguodala playing better than him in the Finals.

Jordan fans when they know they are wrong. We can add the 2007 spurs too. Better team than Jordan ever faced in the finals. 9-1. Lebron really is the GOAT.

LeBron fans: gush about longevity, rely on Rudy Gobert dominated stat categories, make up numbers, and pretend 4-6 is 9-1. Nice arguments! lol
Lebron has a better career fg percentage than Jordan…go figure
from shooting closer to the basket like Rudy Gobert...go figure
18 whole inches on average closer than Jordan. lol. About a length of their shoe.
Lebron has a higher fg%, higher ts%, higher effective fg%, higher 2pt fg%, and higher 3pt fg% and shoots on average the same distance. Lebron has this advantage despite Jordan shooting wide open available 3s while Lebron jacked his up. lol.
Also, Jordan had seasons where he shot 13% (yikes!),17%, 17%, 18%, 19% and 19% from 3. So Rudy Gobert-ish. lol.

You keep repeating that, which must mean you think it's your best argument for LeBron. If that's your best argument for LeBron, then I really don't need to say anything else because the weakness of your best argument just shows even more that Jordan is the GOAT. Thank you!
