This look bad. Very bad. Rowan has a head coach for the mens and a head coach for the women who came over from Hopkins. Hopefully he gets to stand comfortably and completely clear of this. What a mess. Rowan had a reputation for a very good D3 T&F Program and could ruin it in a matter of months.
Patzka and gunner are great but stop bringing them up, as well as any other runners than seth. Seth's big improvement is only a fraction of the argument.
The real main points are: 1. Confirmed admission to using Bpc157 at ISU and getting teammates on it. That's how he got caught- trying to get his teammates to use it, some listened (and were also suspended), and some rightfully reported to the coach. Seth admitted to the coaches and outed his teammates to try and save himself. These are facts. 2. the epo email.
From who I've spoken to about this, I am 99.99% sure seth has used both BPC and EPO. I can't transfer this certainty to everyone else, as I'm just an anonymous LR poster. More credible people are sharing real information so even without any statements from ISU coach or seth, within a few weeks or months the public sentiment will be settled.
Seeing the new statement from rowan, my guess is that the rowan AD will reach out to the ISU coach, learn the truth, and suspend seth from competing before nationals.
To Iowa Sideways- you are either a troll, seth, or completely delusional. continue posting if you want. This is a sad, lose-lose situation for everyone.

How in the world did this not happen already? That's what I don't understand, at all. A kid transfers in the middle of a school year, under extremely cloudy circumstances, and you don't ask any questions? You don't do any diligence?
I guess a good-faith possibility is that this all got caught up in various student privacy regulations; ISU wasn't allowed to disclose it, maybe Seth voluntarily chose to withdraw vs. face disciplinary action, and blah blah blah.
Today? Probably almost all of them. I had 3 guys in my class alone that were right around that fast (15:0X 3 mile) 10+ years ago, and I was on a good not great team.
This post was edited 1 minute after it was posted.
AJ Schermerhorn: 15:13 HS 5k (Cross Country, no times on a track) 14:49 College 5k
None of these guys guys have dropped 2 minutes. Two of them have just barely dropped over 1 minute, and those were from cross country times, wouldn't be a minute difference on a track.
On top of the fact that you're straight up lying. Even if you were correct, and a few guys dropped 2 minutes from their senior year AT SOME TINY HIGH SCHOOL to their Freshman year on a top D3 team as a 17/18 year old. Can you not see the obvious difference between that and dropping a minute going from a top D1 team to a D3 one as a 22 year old?

Does it really matter though? How many other D3 runners came from DI after being kicked off their DI team? How many have had a possible email leak showing they ordered EPO to a family members house?
This isn’t about other runners’ progress. This is about a kid who was kicked off his previous team, transferred under questionable circumstances, popped up on a d3 team, and has had possible proof of ordering epo and ED meds exposed. If it’s about other runners, it’s about them beating cheated out of opportunities, records, and titles.
When Seth gets popped they're gonna put Iowa Sideways in a kangaroo court trial
After that video came out it would be insane if he were to continue using the products.
He is not going to get popped.
The only satisfaction the posters on this thread are going to get is that his times might deteriorate, if in fact, he was using EPO and stopped due the increased scrutiny.

After getting ousted from ISU it would be insane to think he could just go to another school and compete. It would be insane to continue to use banned products. It would be insane to possibly order them and send them to a family member’s house AFTER being removed from a DI program. If this is all true, he clearly doesn’t think. He only cares about his running performance at all costs. Do you think if someone did all of this, that they would be able to give up doping and go back to a much lower level of performance?
notice not a single other ISU athlete that was suspended has gone on to attempt a transfer and to compete at another school.
sociopath might very well be an applicable description in this case.

I agree. That is a lot of insane things, most of is very hard for me to believe.
Has anyone explained how someone gained access to his email? I haven't heard the background of how that video came about.

My best guess is he logged into his email on an old teammate’s or public PC other teammates were using and never logged out. I’ve noticed my email will stay logged in for months if I don’t clear cookies.

That is a guess. What is the actual story?
Are you asking me? I have no idea, but there are only two options I can think of: 1) email was logged in and accessible to the person who took video or 2) person who took the video had the password to access the email. Option 1 seems more probable unless sc was sharing his password.
