None of the suggests that the DoJ should have allowed Trump to keep classified document (there is a legitimate government interest there) or obstruct justice.
As for your list of positives, it is all speculative at this point. But Trump's first administration was not transparent and the GOP Congress has not been transparent (and apparently they think the people shouldn't have relevant information regarding the AG pick). We aren't going to get cheaper food costs if there is a mass deportation of agricultural workers. And the people imprisoned for January 6 conduct were not imprisoned for merely waving flags.
And without even researching it I can think of promises from the first Trump administration that were not kept. In addition to the stillborn 'infrastructure day', we didn't bring back coal, executed lots of big, positive trade deals, build much of a wall or get Mexico to pay for any of the wall that was built. Trump promised a better-than-ACA health care bill when campaigning in 2016 and numerous times early in his administration stated that his bill was almost finished. When congressional leaders realized they were running out of time to try and pass a bill, Trump's still wasn't ready so he told the GOP congressional leaders to vote on their own bill. That bill was defeated and Trump went through the rest of his term without submitting his "almost finished" health care bill.
