Would the transphobe and transapathetic folks be okay if there was a “no penis display” etiquette in women’s locker rooms? Is that what you are clamoring for? It seems like women’s restrooms are a nonissue coz there is no reason to display your peepee to anyone else.
You can’t be honestly concerned about transwomen engaging in voyeurism when it’s extremely rare even amongst cis males and there is law already to deter that.

1. You've moved the goal posts. The original post was about a trans athlete exposing male genitalia in a women's locker room. You've changed it to a women's restroom, because you think it fits convoluted your argument better. It doesn't.
2. You honestly believe the answer is to post a "no penis display" sign?

I don’t have a reason to define “woman” or care to unlike the transphobes because I don’t think sex is a strict binary. I’ve stated my position on the bathroom issue pretty clearly in this thread.
I don’t care to convince anyone else because the prevailing laws (or lack thereof) are acceptable to me.

I suspect the peniled transwomen might be okay too with that etiquette provided everyone was nice about it, ie no one harasses anyone for brief flashes of nudity while taking their towel off and putting their underwear on, and recognizes that they are beneficiaries of a privilege, not a right to expect to see peniled transwomen always covered (unless the covering etiquette applied to all women).

Part of the problem is virtually all of the posters here either haven't been in a locker room in 30 years or have never been in one at all. The sight of a transman without bottom surgery in a men's locker room would arouse some concern. Reaction. I KNOW that there are transmen in my gym but none use the men's locker room OR the women's locker room.
In 2022/3, a fitness facility that didn't provide private facilities for non-binary (can we agree that a woman with a full size penis and testicles is non-binary!!) would be in violation of several laws.
Although this ethical rabbit hole is about locker room access I haven't lost sight of the prize. The preservation of women's swimming sports for cisgender women was a fight worth having. If it's transphobic to say "no, you cannot compete against unequivocally female athletes if you have definable male characteristics, oh well. Guilty as charged.
