I don't think ship will be as dominant this yr as prior yrs, guys like dinzeo, Monroe and fezza will take the top spots in the longer stuff while guys like jewel, weeks, robinson, gibson, and costello will break up ships scoring in the mid distance events.
Gibson won't be in the mix this indoor/outdoor season, I hear he's transfering to SHIP.
If this is true what is going on down there that either everyone is transferring or quitting? I look at their roster from last yr they only had 6 come back from last yrs team 3 of them graduated but what happened to the rest of them? If I were an athletic director I would deff be looking in to this as a cause for concern for the program.
Wow, can't believe Monroe is transferring to Ship!!! He'll be a 13:15 27:50 guy under Spence in now time.

They could score as many as 40-50 points which should be in the running for a team trophy. Has conference ever brought home a trophy from Nationals between indoor/outdoor?
What will it take for people to stop giving a fug about what "all the ship guys are doing"... What were they doing in cc? I bet their thumbs smell.
Maybe when someone beats them in track. This isn't xc season, so obviously we r going to talk about the best team in the conf.
ESU will dominate outdoor- depth at all events- West chester will be much improved and finish in top 5
What freshman will come in and score some points between indoor and outdoor?
LHU has a frosh that should place in the indoor 5k, anybody else out there?
Cross Freshman of the year Patrick and close second Kempney should be in the mix come outdoor, since they cannot compete in the indoor psac meet.

It's not like they won the 1500, 5k, and 10k last year and scored 43 points total in the distance events. With more depth than any team in those events that total should stay close to the same even without Hahn and Anderson. Also looks like they have some solid Multi Event guys and a jumper so I wouldn't be suprised if they are top 5
