It's a job. It has ups and downs. If you're not in it to serve the athletes you are responsible for you're in it for the wrong reason. Stop worrying about climbing the ladder and just do a good job where you are. It's an insanely competitive field with very few opportunities compared to applicants. If you thought it was going to be just as fun and easy as being an athlete you were sorely mistaken. It's insanely rewarding if you focus on the right things, and insanely frustrating if you're only concern is what your resume looks like and what your next move is. Get over it and do a great job, or get out of the profession and find something that suits you better and has more stability.

Cute. There are legitimate reasons to seek new employment in the same field. Climb ladder? I’d happily go down a level or two.

Another surprising hire if you ask me.
This is a great hire. She made a predominately distance running, expensive private school, relevant in the sprints.
So it does say she coached 6 ncaa first round qualifiers - the best I can see the last two seasons
At Richmond is that they had 6 total
Ncaa first rounders - the same 3 girls each year - 2 in the 800 and 1 in the steeple -
Not exactly who a sprint coach will be coaching. That being said she did a real nice job with her first recruiting class at Richmond.
